How to cook

Grill

Cook these ribs over a hot fire to crisp up the sauces, place meat side up to start and baste and turn regularly 

Oven 

Total cook time - 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200(C), place ribs in a suitable oven dish and baste with our BBQ sauce generously. After 10 minutes, remove and baste again, and cook for another 10 minutes.
